Perfect and sturdy enough to support heavy weight. I had one from another company that eventually just sunk in and bent all over so I did my research with this one and I know I made the right choice.

Easy order. Arrived two days before it was expected. The only problem was that the hooks on one end of one rail were bent and had to be straightened before it would go into headboard.

I purchased a set of bed rails. This was a great experience! The price was fantastic. The shipping was very fast. An overall excellent value.

I was confused by the photo of the bed rails - too dark to see their shape. However, I emailed for more information and the person who responded gave me useful, helpful information that will allow me to use the product as I'd hoped to (including the suggestion to use plywood to support a mattress used without box springs). so ultimately the experience was positive and helpful and I'd recommend customers to buy directly rather than a third-party seller.

My wife ordered a headboard attachment for a 2016 king size bed. We were sent one that doesn’t fit our year bed. We tried calling to get it replaced. Left messages and never got any response. We now have an attachment that is useless, and a headboard leaning against a wall.

I ordered this 12 business days ago, asked for an update 2 business days ago and have never heard anything. The email the company says to ask customer questions to, happysleep@rizebeds.com, returns an undeliverable message saying emails are not allowed. My order is still in shipping limbo with no sign of being fixed and not a peep from Rize. They took my money and since then, nothing. Please help Rize!

I just needed a new remote, website and as very easy

Received the adjustable bed frame undamaged which was good and it works beautifully. Assembly was definitely a 2 person operation. We did not know it didn't come with a headboard attachment which we then ordered. After getting it and trying to put the attachment on, we found out it would not go on because of the incorrect legs sent with the frame, which the representative knew was the problem the moment I called to find out what could be wrong.. So, we ordered them(free of charge which was good). We got the adjustable legs and finally I was able to get the headboard on after some minor adjusting to fit it. It has been working well and we are enjoying the comfort it provides with the head adjustment
