I ordered a repair kit for my dryer, and paid for the expedited shipping. When the kit arrived the next day, the belt was broken. I immediately tried to contact the company, but I couldn't find a phone number to speak to someone. I had to email them with pictures and wait 2 days for a response. I needed the parts, but the belt on the dryer was serviceable, so I installed the remaining parts in the kit. All I requested was a refund for the belt, since, even though this was packaged as a kit, they sold the belt by itself as well. After reaching out twice, I got word that a refund was being processed. They refunded the price of the kit AND the shipping cost. More than I asked. In the end, I was more than satisfied with the way they stood behind their parts. The only thing I can say is that the website was hard to find contact information when a problem arises.
