The site has a better than most sizing tool. With their descriptions and helpful pictures I was able to find the size that would fit my son the best. The site also gave me an option to only look at shoes that matched my son's sizing. Very helpful. Shipping was relatively quick and product is very well made. Their were two things I found to be negative or confusing. I preset the search for only shoes they had in stock in my son's size (11). When I saw a pair of sandals that were size 11, I went to add them and their site said they wouldn't fit his recommended size. . . I figured it was an error because and 11 should be an 11 right? So I ordered them and sure enough the recommended shoes fit perfectly and the sandals were bigger. I don't understand that but it also could totally be my error. So my suggestion is to use the sizing help to determine your actual fit and use the online tools to show you only what available. I ended up having to return the sandals and was disappointed to learn I had to pay for return shipping. I guess I am spoiled in this day and age with so many companies offering free return shipping. Overall - great product, great online sizing tools, confusing sizing differences being that the sandals and shoes were both an 11, and annoying return policy.
