When ordering 20 jackets for my 8 kids (every size for them to grow into), it was really hard to get a response from Reima. I kept getting sent to a different department. I wanted to get a quantity discount but they weren’t interested in me as a customer. If they didn’t have such a good rain coat, I would have gone somewhere else. Eventually, after over a month, I found a good 10% off discount on their website and ordered the jackets. It would have been nice if they could have offered me that without all the hassle and wait.
