As a designer, I've used at least 3 different brands of barn door hardware, only to regret any decision (usually client driven) to use any line other than Real Sliding Hardware. Other products might look the same, or seem less expensive, but don't be fooled - any other product line has only left (and the client) dissatisfied. Aside from the absolute quality of the product from Real Sliding Hardware, the customer service is par excellence. You don't have to be a contractor or engineer to figure out how to order and install - and if you have a question, their staff will speak to you in clear language so that you understand. I will never use or recommend any other sliding hardware.

Man, I'm still amazed of the high quality and fantastic workmanship on the re-claimed redwood barn door. the hardware kit worked out great. I called the 800 number to confirm what I was ordering was the correct items and the folks on the other end were friendly and very helpful. The FedEx freight shipment was on time and arrived in good shape. Thank you Real Sliding Hardware.

I replaced two swinging doors on a "Jack and jill” bathroom with two barn doors from a home improvement store, finding hardware to complete the project was difficult….the latches and handles from real sliding hardware were perfect! the bronze color matches the hardware on the doors and we now have privacy locks and inside handles to open the doors. very good service and quick delivery of both items. Purchased top mounted hardware for a 5 ft sliding barn door (10ft sliding rail) I decided to splurge in exchange for what I hoped to be a high quality product. Not only the product met my expectations, the representative that I called was (Jennifer I believe) was super knowledge about the product and the materials. In addition the product shipped within the time described. Great company and purchasing experience. And great logo design. Will use them again.

The hardware that came with my barn door was not adjustable. The able and friendly staff at Real Sliding Hardware provided the info and service that I needed to hang the door and maximize functionality.
