Really great customer service prior to purchasing as well as after. I was always able to get a life person on the phone and get the advice about details and strengths of different type of their hardware. It’s was important as my 6 doors were all very heavy , all 8’ tall with varied widths between 4’ and 6’ . The hardware was shipped in wood crate , labeled what was supposed to go to which room as per my phone conversation . Was easy to install. My client LOVED soft closure on all the doors. I just installed a box rail system for to barn doors going into a bedroom. The system worked reall good. There was 1 problem that I had with one of the rollers. I asked for another part, and I got it in 2 days. Service and products are awesome.
