During winter season, having 1 day shipping is a joke. Shipment due today won't show up for another 3 days. Customer service is a joke. We're sorry doesn't feed animals or pay the bills. I can't and won't recommend company to anyone

I would like to say that I am very sorry I wanna be half of an employee that no longer works for me put a bad post about rainbow meal worms And this company is very great to do business with they kept their word replaced everything that came in dead due to the storm and also do to the employee that no longer works for me not purchasing a heat pack and the type of cold weather we had & it caused everything to come in dead but Rainbow meal worms kept Is there a word and took care of everything I could not recommend a better business to work with thank you

All feeders I've ordered from rainbow mealworms have all been healthy extras and well packaged I highly recommend them to all my friends needing feeders thanks for the great service

The products came in the mail in the time expected! There was a lot of fruit flys in one canister and a little in the other but it will hopefully procreate in time to be of use. The pinhead crickets came with a lot! Only a few died but it was full of love ones.

I've order mealworms and wax worms from this company for years. Always and always excellent in quality and service. I decided to try butter worms...and boy am I glad I did! My bird grabbed and snarfed the introductory one immediately. I've discovered an excellent healthy new treat.

I just bought 200 small crickets for my geckos. Although they were smaller than I expected and will need to grow a bit before I feed them, I got a Lot more than 200 and almost all of them were alive.👍

I have been a customer of Rainbow Mealworms for about a year now and I've only had issue with 1 order (I order a lot as I breed jumping spiders) and it was taken care of immediately by the awesome customer service! RM's blue bottle spikes are the best on the market. I recommend the mini mealworms to all my customers.

I have tried other places and it usually more expensive and either had trouble arriving on time, or the insects died on the way of shipping. Rainbow Mealworm really takes extra care when it comes to their customers and I absolutely love it! I have been buying from RM for more than 3 months now and currently have no issue at all.

Every shipment I have received was alive and packaged well. Even when the post office lost my package and I feared they would have died .. they didn't. I received my orders extremely fast. I only buy my feeders from here.

This company is the best. Prices are the best. Shipping is super fast. They have an option to add hitting pads to keep the order alive. Also, the amount of insects I receive looks right the number I ordered. I hate when companies put fewer insects than described.

Placed a 10K mealworm order FedEx two-day, Thursday to Saturday. Arrived with the majority black and the rest headed that way. Texted Rainbow Saturday night and Mariana responded Sunday. She said she would make it right. Here it is Wednesday, three days later and I just received my replacement order. All mealworms are happy and healthy. Placed dozens of similar orders, even in the depths of summer, with great results. This was the first with an unpleasant result. Rainbow and Mariana’s initiative far surpassed my expectations in making the order right. Rainbow has consistently great product and consistently great service. They are a pleasure to work with and i recommend them to anyone anywhere.

Rainbow mealworms is absolutely awesomeness! The staff is so kind and helpful. I can text questions out of the blue and get an answer so quickly and their customer service is amazing! They're thorough and knowledgeable for just about any question I ever had. Everything that I have purchased has been in great shape and health and even though I live in New York I don't buy my anoles crickets or mealworms anywhere else!

FedEx sent the package for a day to sweltering AZ despite me living in CA (which this company is based), which of course killed all the fruit flies and some of the crickets. The customer service was easy to communicate with and sent out a replacement as soon as they could. Also I command them not trying to even ship in the heat wave, unlike the company I'd tried ordering with prior (new to this), it's responsible. Also, great selection, trying out a few different things with my new frogs to try and see what they enjoy and so the different variety is quite nice.
