Straw purse
I bought a straw purse for summer in 2024. Used a short time then and then took it out for a recent trip to Italy. It fell apart at the zipper. $350 dollars gone to waste. I wrote customer care who said they stand by their product and I really thought they were going to do something about it. I have spent a ton a money with this company but I am done now. They stopped answering and have basically ignored me. So easy to go to Paige and other brands that stand by their products. Sadly this customer is gone.

Not friendly to International buyer
Won't get the tax back I paid. And they charged me $35 for return from Canada to USA. Wait too long to get the money back
