Just as promised
The material arrived when specified. Of course, it works wonders, we had no concerns about that. But we are applying it in a cathedral ceiling with lots of sharp angles and deep recesses down between the joists. Also we are suspending it just below foam board strips glued to the underside of the roof decking. This provides a consistent air gap as well as ventilation space. It also leaves room for unfaced insulation to be suspended below the RadiantGuard. Although it is a lot of effort, the temperature differential is dramatic now in summer and we hope for the same degree of change in winter periods.

Loving your product in Jacksonville FL.
Pros: very durable and workable, product works great!! Cons: there were some small wrinkles in the fabric. However this did not cause a problem and I am very happy with the product. I would surely recommend this product to a friend.

Not the right product for my project
Even though the product did not fit the specifications for my project, the response time and customer service were top notch.

A company you can trust
A solar company wanted to sell me a radiant barrier to staple to the underneath the rafters to my house that already had solar as the decking. After searching the WEB for radiant barrier companies I decided to call RadiantGUARD® technical service to ask what would be the benefit of adding RadiantGUARD® to the bottom of the rafters. The representative that assisted me told me with the solar board the RadiantGUARD® would not be a good choice to spend my money but to look at additional items I could do to help with my high utilities bills. I was really impress with his answer. I know now if I ever thought to put radiant barrier on my rental I would use RadiantGUARD® because of the integrity of the tech support personnel. With such honesty I know the company is willing to stand by their product and will ensure the customer will benefit from using their product RadiantGUARD®.

It was delivered on day they sai it was. Good quality stuff. If you cut it in about 10 ft strips it seems easier to get up. Not sure what's best, starting from top or bottom. Pretty easy to get up until you get to bottom where there's no room.

Wrong address
they contacted me to advise they can't ship to a po box and wanted my physical address. Problem solved once they had my home address.. No biggie. Quick and simple. Thanks!
