timely and to the point

I recently placed a small order for RadiantGuard. After submitting the order online, I realized I had written my email incorrectly, so I sent a request to correct it so I could get copies of the invoice and tracking. Almost immediately, I received a reply saying they had my request and already corrected my error. What great service!!

First time home buyer and after our first summer, we realized something had to be done because of the extreme HEAT here in Los Angeles (the valley where we are, low 100's). So I did a LOT of research, educated myself, read many reviews & spoke to contractors & Home Depot employees (I get a little OCD in making sure I finally select only the best), and ultimately decided on RADIANT GUARD based on all the criteria I was looking for (there are a lot of companies that sell this type of stuff - but I weeded them out during my research). With other companies, read all about inferior quality or product easily ripping - Radiant Guard didn't seem to have these problems. Reflectivity 97%, Emissivity 3% double sided and breathable. The Product (APPEARED) to be better than anything I could get from the Home Depot website - I even called other companies & spoke with their customer support - believe me I did a LOT of research before deciding on the Radiant Guard foil. Couldn't believe it - their product had ALL the criteria I was demanding (no other product had it all). So, I finally found it. DELIVERY: Quick (4 days) and no hassles - product arrived perfect shape. PRODUCT: I LOVED the fact that this stuff is strong but workable. I was in a cramped, hot attic space, and it was such a relief to be able to pull this stuff out - feel how strong it was and not have it rip as I maneuvered it around our house framework and other metal straps in the way - but yet, I was able to easily cut it with a knife wherever I needed to. IDEA that worked well for me. Before I went into the attic - I cut a long 1 1/2" wide opening in the far edge of the BOX from the top to the bottom (and NEVER opening the box - think tin foil box when you pulled out tin foil or seran wrap) - this allowed me to pull the foil through and keep the roll secure in the box. It was 1,000 Sq feet of foil so a bit heavy, but I was able to pull out the 25 feet at a time that I needed to and helped push the roll along- (ig...
