Great product just ordered the wrong one at the time haha but still awesome

My mare was recently diagnosed with limbal squamous cell carcinoma in her left eye, so I needed a mask that would provide at least 90% UV protection. This mask has worked well for her and stays away from her wide set eyes better than most other masks I’ve tried. I plan to order a few more soon so I can wash and rotate them out!

This truly is a wonderful product and a very good idea! My dog struggled with it for a couple of reasons, he could not get used to the straps around his chin, when I put it on him tight enough so he could not get it off he would stand in one place with his head tilted and would not walk…If I loosened the straps he would take it off which is odd, he never takes anything I put on him off, he has been trained not to do so. I had him wear it for 2 days but he never got used to it at all so we went back to the cone for protection while he was healing from eye removal surgery. All that being said this item will be wonderful when going on hikes and at other times when his remaining eye needs some extra protection! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is concerned about their dog’s eyes and such!

Love this mask, stays on, offers great protection, washes well, very durable. My horse has uveitis and wears one 24/7.

As we have recently discovered, my horse can be quite aggressive with rubbing when his eyes are irritated due to allergies. He currently has corneal ulcers in both eyes and this vizor has been the only thing that has prevented him from causing more damage, allowing his eyes to start healing without issue. It has been fantastic! And it's something he will continue to wear as a preventative going forward during allergy season. Thank you!

Excellent alternative to the “cone of shame”

This is a very nice mask. The buckle does rub on his cheek bone so having more padding there would be nice (I use cotton). He has gotten it off but overall he wears it well and it allows him to enjoy the pasture without rubbing or poking his eye.

Still a very nice product. We already own 2 others. Would recommend your manufacturer not put a gum label on the lense, maybe a hang tag is better. Also, would be nice if there was an easy way to seal the strapping after fitting it. Or perhaps a strapping that can be cut without fraying. Still, it's a miracle product and I'm grateful for it. Thanks.

This is a great product and will recommend to all of my friends! It is great for Greyhounds because of their small nexts the standard cone is no comfortable at all!

My horse Only have one eye and I’ve tried to be very protective with her good eye but none of the equipment available was satisfactory. Now I have the Recovery Visor and don’t have to worry when she’s out in the pasture with other horses, tree limbs, and objects that could poke her eye. Thanks for your product.

I love how well the EquiVizor fly mask works to keep annoying flies from my elderly pony's face. He has had trouble with chronic corneal ulcers in the past. Unfortunately, most fly masks on the market seem to bother him causing him to rub his face. With the semi-rigid foam brim, it keeps the netting away from his eyes. Since I switched him to this mask he has had no issues.

Recently I aquired a mini sized horse and because her eyes are large compared to her face I have had a lot of trouble getting a fly mask to not rub her eyes. For my other horse I have had an equivizor fly mask for 2 years now and love it ! I was soooooo glad to find out that you now make a smaller size that fits my little one perfectly!

works great, easy trim if too long. I would recommend it. Much better than a cone for eye issues.

These are the best fly masks I've ever used. The visor keeps the mask away from my horse's eyes. I have purchased a bunch of these for my horses and will continue to do so. I have highly recommended them to my friends and neighbors, and they use them now too. They stay on very well as long as the horse doesn't break a clip and even then, it is usually still on. I have a photo of one of my horses with the mask turned all the way around, but she didn't get it off. I see no way to attach a photo here. It was pretty funny.

These are awesome! The regular snout was a little too snug on our bulldog's face, he is sorta "in between" both snout options. The short snout was a little better fit. He didn't have to have eye surgery afterall, so we returned both masks without any problems. The customer service is fantastic! They answered my many questions, reviewed pictures, and provided great suggestions. Super friendly too! I highly recommend Protective Pet Solutions!

I have a appy with uveitis .I love this mask and she does well in it . I even buy one for a gelding that doesn’t have eye issues and he does great in it as well. Thank you for a great UV protected horse mask

This is a great alternative to use for eye protection instead of the cone!

I can’t thank you enough for the development of this product. I was a perfect alternative to using a cone. My 10 year old Golden Retriever had completed radiation treatment for cancer in his sinus. The area surrounding his left eye was effected and all of his fur and top dermis fell off. It was very painful for him. After a few days of wearing the Optivisor, the area scabbed over with out him rubbing it too much and he no longer needed to wear it. I would recommend perhaps putting some air holes in the visor so to air out condensation. Our radiation oncology vet was interested in your product and has looked into recommending it for other patients.
