contacted Promix about returning my order, and they said they would arrange it, but it never happened. I also emailed them for follow-up and got no reply. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I'm loving this blender, it makes shakes without clumps and so quick. I can't see myself ever buying ready made shakes when it's this easy.

Very fast shipping! Have tested on multiple protein blends, super green blends, pre workouts and more with nothing but ease and success. Bought another because my wife got jealous!
