Customer service did great in explaining my options. I bought the delivery and setup option. My delivery guys were great. It was setup and working quickly and all mess removed.

I opted for assembly and extended warranty. No need for warranty help yet but the service and delivery were perfect. No issues.

It took forever for tech support to answer the phone, and had to call multiple times, spending almost 7 hours waiting and for so real resolution. The last couple ladies that answered the phone were kind and helpful, but still there was only so much they could do.
