Worst customer service. They sold me a extended warranty plan for nothing. I have had many issues and no help at all. The experience with proform was just a waste of money. I hate to have to call the service lines, people are rude, and no knowledge, no training, they transfer you from one point to another and no one help. They just know to asked a lot of information which is it should be on the files and after make you find the old invoice, the old order, or the documents,they can't help you with the problems. It is frustrating. I was excited to get my own gym equipment, but I regret I did it with proform. Never again.

Honestly, the service was really poor. Started with delivering the wrong machine. From there, everytime I called I had to go through a painful exercise of providing a wealth of information just to ask a simple question. No bueno.

I was supposed to get
I was supposed to get a different bike, but after I received confirmation, they didn’t have that bike in stock, so they gave me a higher model for the same price(their team told me this) which I was not expecting at all, and expected to wait. I have not had to call customer service for anything but I think what small interaction I had was handled really well.
