Awesome customer service

The power stick I received as part of a promotional gift did not work. I reached out to customer service and they walked me through some steps to try. When that didn’t work then sent me a prepaid shipping label to send my defective one back and sent me a new one with the same branding and everything! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service

Warranty on PowerWireless II

I recently returned a PowerWireless II unit for warranty service. It would not stay turned on. Communication was very good during the process. There were frequent updates to status of return. The PowerWireless II was returned in a reasonable amount of time and now works perfectly. It will charge with the wire and with the wireless function as well. Very pleased with level of support and help during the whole process. PowerStick Rocks!

Lifertime warranty. It's for real!

My 2008 Power Trip no longer accepted a charge. The support team provided fast and efficient service to evaluate it for repair or replacement. It was deemed beyond repair. I am now enjoying my PowerWireless X very much. Thank you!

Quick response with constant updates even through quarantine!

Kathrine was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She helped me diagnose the issue and gave me clear instructions on how to send back item for repair. She also told me it would take longer as their offices were closed during quarantine. Great customer service experience with this issue!

I'd Give Them 100 Stars If I Could

I didn't think there were companies left in the entire world like this anymore. They answered my email within hours, honored my warranty (which I thought had expired). They were friendly, helpful and really wanted to not only get it right for me but to make sure I got a replacement in a timely manner and that I was a happy customer. I asked stupid questions and pestered them on when my product would be returned to me and again, they answered my emails promptly and courteously. I was really impressed. You just don't find this kind of friendly and reliable customer services anymore, or at least I don't. PowerStick keep on doing what you do, you make the rest look bad.

Bulky but tons of power

I bought a PowerTrip a couple of months ago and have been using it frequently. I take it out on trips or events where I have no access to an outlet for a big part of the day. I have been able to fully charge two iPhones from 0% to 100% and one partially with just one PowerTrip charge (with no help from solar). I just wish it were smaller and less bulky, even if it carried a smaller charge. It's much bigger than competing products.
