My powerstand is not working with my iphone7 and I have tried all the adjustments with the stand. Why don't you advertise which IPHONEs are supported? This is a waste of money.

product was the worst piece of trash ive ever unboxed. save your money. the garbage wouldnt even turn on. wont charge. is worthless. i hope more people expose the truth

Your lifetime warranty is the reason I think your company and your product is top notch. I was a bit disappointed to notice that my recent replacement did not have an electrical plug so I could charge with a wall charge. I was also sorry to see the new charger did not come with its own travel case. Still, I’m very pleased with my HyperNova charger and it’s superior well made quality and performance.

OUTSTANDING support service / customer service. One email is all it took to resolve my issue. I didnt know my devices had lifetime warranty and I had these devices over a year and never use them. When I got ready to use them, several of them was not working, so I emailed PowerStick and I got a reply back in hours and the tech advise me to box them up and send them ( no charge ) to their warehouse. I did exactly that , got a reply as soon as they received them and about a week or two later , I got my repaired devices back, workin like a champ! Now that's what I called service, they STOOD behind their guarantee and it didnt cost me anything to get my devices repaired and sent back to me! ********** 10 for me !!!

Appreciated the communication and follow-up when I returned my defective battery. Received my replacement yesterday and so far so good.

Great communication---. Damaged PowerStick was mailed in and was returned in a timely manner. It charged up perfectly, when before, it would not charge at all.

Was having an issue with my Ari and sent an email to customer service. They responded within 24 hours, clearly outlined the options and next steps, kept me informed at every step, and delivered on the time line they outlined for the process. I haven't had that kind of customer service in years. I am an Ari enthusiast and customer now for life!

I'm beyond happy with the "Support Team"... Katherine was exceptional!! She did a tremendous job with helping me thru the entire process. She deserves a raise for Excellent Customer Service. Company should be proud! Rec'd my brand new device back and it's working great! With these trying and scary times, we all heavily are relying on good customer service. You never know what you're gonna get on the other end of that email, text or phone line. She went above and beyond and it should be commended! I was excited to receive my speaker and when I pair it up and turn the volume up all the way.. it was louder then before! It was amazing sound! But I wouldn’t recommend to turn up all the way.. other then that light weight and perfect size for my desk area.

The exchange process was fairly easy but what I appreciated the most was how amazing the communication was from the company. I have never experienced that before! I received multiple updates regarding my warranty and what step in the process it was at. Everything went so smooth and they were extremely polite and helpful.
