I was a lil nervous buying my engagement ring online, but I did a ton of research about diamond quality and pricing and I’m so glad I went with PLUM! totally worth it. I wanted a single plain band with a large center ring. They even sent me pictures of what different carats would look like. Ended up getting 3carats & very happy with it. Got a beautiful engagement ring , amazing communication, & great service, they sent me a free sizer & resized it again b/c I estimated wrong the first time. Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was skeptical at first, but the entire process was very easy and the communication was always perfect. The ring is unbelievable!! My wife lost her ring a while back and I hated seeing her without something on her finger. I also upgraded from her old one and it did not disappoint. I understand your hesitation ordering jewelry online but this was a great experience for me.

Renee was helpful with every step. From choosing side stones, sizing and how high the setting was. She paid scrupulous attention to every small detail. She also responded quickly to email and questions. Overall, just lovely to work with.
