I ordered the Plum Diamonds “Find Your Diamond / Try-On Kit & Sizer” to explore different shapes, sizes, and ring styles before making a final decision. The kit arrived beautifully packaged and secure; you can tell they take presentation seriously. The pieces inside are well made, informative, and made it really easy to see what looks good in real life which is so helpful compared to just photos. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and overall, the experience felt premium. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to shop with confidence. 5/5 stars.

Although I haven’t gotten the real ring yet, I have to praise the try-on kit experience I’ve had. The kit is the best I have found while looking around. You’re able to put in your top preferences before the kit is put together for you which is amazing. Once the kit is shipped, you receive an email explaining everything that is in the kit. The kit included six different stone and style options and fit all the preferences I picked on the questionnaire. It was an amazing experience and confirmed that plums is where me and my boyfriend wanted to buy from. Now to just wait for him to save up the money for that beautiful, special ring I tried from the try-on kit!

I have nothing but good things to say about Plum. My boyfriend and I had done lots of looking for rings, online and at local jewelers and nothing really caught my eye until I stumbled upon Plum Diamonds. I filled out an inquiry online and immediately heard back from Renee and Kristy. I had several questions and they graciously answered every question, helped guide us in the right direction, and made sure I received everything I wanted and more in my try on kit. I now know exactly what my dream ring looks like, and my boyfriend will have all of that information when the time comes for us which takes a lot of pressure off the both of us! I have had so much help and support this far without even purchased a ring yet, I can’t begin to imagine how helpful they will be post purchase. Bought a new ring for my wife a few years ago to celebrate our anniversary. We had however received a ring that did not match what she had selected. Plum Diamonds corrected the problem and even sent us a gift card to a restaurant of our choice. Years later and she's still happy with her ring and the support from Plum Diamonds continues to be stellar even ever we need a cleaning or resizing.
