This site is amazing, except that ONE REVIEW BUTTON THAT SERIOUSLY BLOCKS EVERYTHING

Visited Petstock Kingaroy on the 5th/09/22 was seen to by a short blond hair lady whom I believe is the manager. I was just walking around browsing as it was my friends doing the shopping. she asked if I was looking for anything, I said no. she then asked what I was doing in the store then as I wasn't going to buy anything. This shocked me quite a bit at her rudeness so i returned to my friends and avoided her for the rest of the visit. this is not my first bad encounter with this lady. i have often seen her being very rude to her own staff in store.

Thanks for the amazing customer service I received from the owner and staff today at the Mandurah store. I returned a faulty pet bed and I was dealt with quickly and walked out with a new bed.

Awesome job grooming Spud. After months apart due to health I returned home to find that the friend who was looking after him had not been the best choice. I was so upset as he had not been washed or groomed the whole time, his ears were full of gunk, his nails long, chipped and broken and he had cuts and rashes all over, so I called them and he was booked in asap. He was also fearful of anyone making loud noises or sudden movements near his head and I knew they had their work cut out for them. When I picked him up, they had done a wonderful job, his dirty yellow and brown coat was restored to his beautiful soft and shiny white and I could see all his cuts and rashes for treatment. He was happy and excited to be there. I would highly recommend them, their obvious love of animals is clear. Thanks so much for your kindness and help during such an emotional time.

First visit to a Petstock store and was so impressed by the service and expertise of the staff! Was great to hear a store is opening in Murray Bridge.... my home town!!

I used the dog wash and there was no shampoo so it was pointless paying $10 for the wash. This is not the first time and the second wash station is never set up. I alerted staff at the end and all I got was a grunt back, no thank you for letting them know, or that they would fill for the next customer, nothing. The rudeness and lack of customer service was awful.

My dog Lulu was an absolute matted mess after weeks of surgery, sedation , clipper burn & trauma. I took her to your Butler, WA store for grooming. The girls there were understanding & caring. They took the time to listen & adjust grooming care according to her needs. They were patient with an always exciteable 18mth old Labradoodle! Lulu not only looks amazing, she left the salon a happier more carefree dog! Thank you to the Butler store, your love of the dogs in your care is obvious.

I have now given these groomers their third and final chance. The first two times I picked her up and she was uneven and had random pieces of long hair in random places. Now, I booked an appointment, which has taken the groomer at petbarn an hour or less to complete with no uneven patches or random long hair, and my anxious dog is still on the table being groomed because they booked too many dogs in. On no day should it take close to two hours to groom a Maltese Shih Tzu and for $80 she should not be patchy. Take your dog to Petbarn, the groomer there is lovely and professional and she doesn't overbook herself. At the very least tell the person dropping the dog off that you're running behind and it'll be two hours. People's animals are like their children and they worry. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

we called yesterday in an emergency that our pup had eaten a mushroom and we needed urgent attention as mushrooms are poisonous to dogs. well, the response I got was well to be nice disgusting. oh where busy no appointment available mushrooms are not poisonous to dogs need to find someone else we are not available we are booked. again I tried to explain the urgency and she was just a bombastic no care person. we then rang green cross vets and had him in within 10 mins and they saved him. if you need a vet give this mob a miss and funny we used to have no issues with them for our animals until we needed urgent help.

I was in there the other day, I was helped by this lovely lady named Chloe from Toowoomba she was offering the best customer service in the world. As i was leaving i saw that she was being harassed by a staff member looking like one of the managers and over heard them saying that her work ethic isn't up to where it needs to be but i saw her helping any customers and doing a great job. It wasn't very professional especially doing it on the shop floor in front of customers doesn't not seem acceptable practice, makes me not want to come back. All team members should be treated with respect all the times.

While on a road trip, my husband and I needed help choosing a harness for my pup. Caleb was amazing! He knew all the products inside and out and was extremely helpful. It was the best customer service I've received in years. When we stopped by a couple of days later, he recognized us and remembered Emma's name. This man is an asset to you and should to be recognized as such.

I had the pleasure of havìng my Cavoodle Windsor groomed this morning by Rocky. The grooning is absolutely awesome, with so much care taken to achieve such a brilliant cut. Thanks for great service and for giving Windsor back to me looking so beautifully groomed.

I just wanted to leave a review for the fantastic customer service i received from Ann at the Penrith store and Austin at Gregory Hills store. The system placed my click and collect order to Penrith instead of Gregory Hills and Ann made life alot easier for me and organized with Austin to have the order be transferred to Gregory Hills instead like I originally wanted. Great old fashion customer service! Thanks so much, really appreciate it

I do not often write a review. But the service I received from Pet Stock Milperra was amazing. I placed an Online order for same day delivery. Unfortunately their delivery people they used let them down dramatically. When I rang the store regarding where my order was they acted very fast and friendly. It was close to closing time and they knew I needed the items urgently. So without hesitation they delivered the items personally to more door. The staff were very friendly and professional especially a young man there (I didn't catch his name). Thank you Pet Stock
