RIPPED OFF !!!
I bought a 6 pack of revolution plus from petstock for the huge price of $141.00 ,thought this was a bit over the top,so went home and checked a company online.They were selling the same product for 74.00 plus $8.00 delivery. I will never shop at petstock again.

Your website sucks
Nothing works - applying codes doesn't work, filters for searching on work for one page, then reset on the next page, live chat won't open, my product went from in stock, to out of stock, to in stock again in a matter of minutes. It is clunky and hard to use. The products are great, but the website a dumpster fire.

Slow post
Very slow to post orders. Says they aim to have them sent in 1-2 business days but I ordered a week ago. Customer service said a few days ago that the order has been picked... Still has not been sent though. Have contacted a few time to explain that I am desperate for the supplements. Won't be ordering again.

Happy dog happy owner
The staff at the Belmont WA store are brilliant. One lady Chantel has provided great advice. My dog is eating so much better and having very healthy food. Thank you!

On Friday the 16 of feb I went to peststock Main Street Bacchus marsh to o purchase my cat some dry and wet food I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman who asked if he could help he was so nice and helpful that it was a pleasure to go there he was only new but very highly competent as well the girls that are also on staff are equally as nice and everyone is so friendly and helpful I wouldn’t go anywhere else and all staff know what they are talking about

Súper friendly and helpful staff
Shopped for the first time at Bairnsdale store. Staff were very friendly, well informed and obviously love their pets. Found a food that our cat loves, and saving money to boot. How good is the guarantee to return for a refund if your pet doesn’t like it? They’ve won me.

Dog Groom
A very big thank you to Leticia for her amazing customer service. So knowledgeable and calm under pressure. My 2 dogs warmed to her immediately. My dogs are new to the Belmont store and Leticia took so much time to get to know what we wanted and was so thorough. We got exactly what we asked for. Not an easy task as one of our dogs is a Westie with real Westie Attitude! Thanks team and thanks Leticia

Dodgy fish
Upon buying fish from whyalla store and having some die the next day I made inquiries and was told they have had a few lately and were consulting with the supplier however if I bri g a sample in of my water they will replace the dead fish .now all my other fish previous and surviving few from new ones bought are swimming fine and have some fish 8 years old and showed video footage of fish in pond along with pictures of dead ones bfor and after still told to bad so guess wot hence this review and I'll buy my fish from the older pet shops in town that are more reputable

Dear Pet Stock Team, I visited your store on January 9th at 3:40 PM to book a grooming appointment. I wanted to share my experience regarding this visit. When the staff member was entering my details into the Ipad, there appeared to be a technical issue that caused the details to be erased. This seemed to frustrate the staff member, who expressed her anger physically on the equipment. I tried to de-escalate the situation by saying don't worry and left, but was surprised when she later acted out by banging a door, very bad banding the door on my face, which was quite startling to me and other customers present.There was no one at the counter to witness it , if not i would have address to the receptionist on the vet counter . This incident left me feeling upset and concerned. It was not the level of professionalism I expect from Pet Stock, a brand I have generally held in high regard. I understand that technical issues and work stress can be challenging, but taking frustration out on customers is not acceptable. I believe additional training on handling technical issues and managing workplace stress could be beneficial. This experience has unfortunately impacted my view of Pet Stock, and I hope my feedback can contribute to improving the customer service experience. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. The best customer service-possibly ever
Honestly I can’t thank Leticia enough for her help with a delivery mishap and my elderly parents. She immediately recalled the goods and sent out a new order. Making it completely stress free for not only myself but my parents also. I can’t recall any company ever being so easy to deal with, helpful and able to offer an immediate solution at no additional costs. Thank you so much. You really turned a problematic issue into a non issue. 100% would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for being so awesome!

Grooming service at Sunbury Store
Dee was amazing with my Toy Poodle Gigi. She took her time and contacted me during the service to let me know how Gigi was coping as our last grooming experience at another place went terribly wrong. Gigi's teddy cut was impeccable her coat was very clean, well brushed and claws were clipped but most of all Gigi was still her happy self when we came to pick her up. 10/10 I would 100% recommend Dee, she is fantastic! I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience :)

What disgusting service this shop offers. Standing in line waiting to purchase two small items, when the customer in front of me and the sales lady decided to have a long drawn out conversation about tick/flea products. It went on for about 10 minutes. There was no acknowledgment from the saleslady. It wasn't until I actually asked for another person to assist that she decided to ring the bell for help. There were only two customers in the whole shop and two salespeople. What I should really have asked for is the Manager. Perhaps this sales lady needs to either retire or go and have some courses in customer service. Not a shop I am going to ever recommend.

It wont let me put my rewards in and lets not start about todays fiasco. I have been on the site for over 30mins so far. Every time I go to cart and put in my rewards it tells me my cart is empty. I will be moving to another pet food store that does not do this

terrible service , lady was rude charged me and extra $10 saying my dog needed 2 people to hold her, when Shes a little VERY gentle old dog. clipped her full tail when she was meant to leave the hair on the end of the tail. her ears were not cleaned and dog was shaking when i picked her up .... i will never go back!!!

I had a terrible service experience at the Hawthorn store (Burwood Rd) 2 weeks ago- spoke with an 'argumentative' store team leader - refused to do a price match for the difference of 40c a can - constantly talked over me with a loud volume- then put me through to a person called 'Dan' claiming he was the manager for Victoria- when I eventually came in to collect a different product-with my name on it- 4 staff members ( junior females) started whispering and looking and laughing at me- This was a dreadful experience that No one should go through; completely unprofessional- called customer service later that day for the "Real regional manager" to leave a formal complaint- they never got back to me- Absolutely disgusting and shameful juvenile behaviour.
