I’ve only been on the GLP-1 Support for about a month at this point and have not noticed any changes. I’m willing to stick with it though as I understood it could take 4-6 weeks before I notice significant shifts. Appetite is slightly lower and I have good energy throughout the day. Have dropped 1 pound. Will keep at it.
