I was in contact both through email and over the phone, and what really stood out was that every time I got in touch, they remembered me personally. That level of care is so rare these days. Their email responses were clear, friendly, and impressively fast. Each time, they made sure I understood my options and that I’d be happy with the outcome of my exchange. I haven't been able to see the cover on the van as yet as it's in storage half an hour from home but judging by the feel of the material, I think it'll be a winner. Delivery was quick and efficient too, always a welcome bonus. Absolutely no complaints from this happy caravanner!
