This year I have been pleased with the NYDJ service on line, in ordering, and returning. Although it would be hard to accomplish a purchase and return without triggering a charge, service is fast enough to occur within two cycles of my credit card. I also like the no questions asked return policy, and the attention to customer needs and wants. It is easy to see why NYDJ is number one not only in the US but worldwide. Let's focus on the jeans and not stray too far into pants, skirts, jackets, etc. Do one thing, and do it well. Forever. Keep the product level high -- I saw some slippage this year -- and do not want to see it again. At least it was in a blouse and not in my jeans. Someone said to me today that if I saw something I liked, this year, to buy it in every color, because next year who knows what might be available. I do believe there is some truth in that, so I did buy more than I could wear out -- I am good for four years if I never ever buy another pair -- that is how long I expect my NYDJ purchases this year to last -- shorts, crops, jeans, pants, and a blouse. In addition to the two pairs of jeans I have been wearing for three years. The only reason to buy new is a hoped for change in size. My loss is your gain.
