Very responsive to my needs. I ordered four jars of the organic grass-fed ghee. One jar had a chip in the bottom when it arrived. I immediately called and my customer service representative immediately took care of the problem. She gave me an in-house credit which I surely will use on another jar of my favorite ghee.

Taste and texture is like a regular white rice but I know it's healthier because it's all fiber and no carbs. I'm on my 2nd $100 box for free shipping and I intend to continue. It is more expensive than regular white rice but I researched other dried shirataki rice brands and this is the least expensive one.
