The loft of the latex pillows is perfect, but the pillows continue to smell heavily of latex. I set them out in the sun for a couple of days to air out and it didn’t make much difference. So disappointing.

Shipping came sooner than I expected and I was actually able to handle the box by myself. I did have to get someone to help me put it on the frame.

It was hard to justify the price tag of this pillow, but I was waking up with neck pain every morning so I was desperate for relief. Luckily this pillow met expectations for quality and comfort. It is hard to put a price tag on pain relief, but I certainly would recommend this pillow.

this helped my allergies tremendously after switching from down and none of those pesky flyaway feathers anymore. I haven't felt the need to wash it yet because I always use a cover but so far so good. Feels and smells clean still. I run cold so this alone is not enough to keep me warm but I pair it with an electric blanket :) It isn't the same feel as down or other comforters where you can squish it up but I'm used to it now and it's definitely worth it for how much it helps my allergies. I'd say it's worth the price for the quality and value. I also got one for my daughter's room. I've only had them for a short time but they seem like they will last for a while...

These pillows arrived overfilled (I bought two), thus very firm. I extracted filler almost daily, for about a week, to adjust my firmness preference. Nest thoughtfully includes a small bag for excess filler. However, I removed about half the filler from each pillow, requiring a kitchen size trash bag. Now, I have a big bag of filler that I’m not sure what to do with. Perhaps Nest should consider a recycle program for this issue. The pillows have a super slick outer cover. So, the pillows easily slide out of pillow cases. It’s not unusual for my pillows to be half out of the pillow cases by night’s end. Overall, I do like the quality of the pillows and, once firmness adjusted, they do contribute to a good night’s sleep.

It took a little bit to get to us I think due to the fact that it came from across the United States from California I believe, and we live in Massachusetts, but overall it was packaged very well. It was a good experience. !

I bought these pillows based on online recommendations from several review web sites. They arrived quickly, and were well packaged. The pillows were larger than I expected, but my pillow protectors and cases were large enough to accommodate the pillows. The pillows are also heavier than I expected. This may be because I previously had down pillows. I like these better. They are firm, but supportive. My neck and back feel better supported than the down pillows I had been using. The pillows can be adjusted to be less firm by removing some of the filler material. I am happy with them, but my wife may decide to make them less firm. The pillows included small pouches to store the filler material if you want to remove some to make the pillow less firm. I did not try that yet. I recommend these pillows, I am happy that I bought them.

Good pillow. Nice quality. I just don’t like how the pillow stays smooshed where your head was until you turn it over. It does bounce back nicely, though, once you fluff it.
