Through a printing or cutting
Through a printing or cutting error, I received my postcards with square corners instead of rounded. I honestly have been so busy with everything I hadn't noticed but, Nations contacted me just after I received them and apologized for the error and said they were sending out replacement cards right away. Incredible customer service and I am overly impressed that they reached out about the error before I even noticed! That is quality!

Ordered with bulk prints and communication was average on where second order was in the delivery stage. Seems over years, Nations Photos are slower in getting shipments out with little updates. Quality and packing methods are exceptional so why I keep coming back.

I chose the Golden Green
I chose the Golden Green holiday card and was very happy with the preview of the card. The front was advertised as a hunter green background but when I received it the background was black. I contacted customer service and they stated that since it’s a preset design they could not alter the color. I was pretty disappointed as I explained that the website showed something different. I also pointed out that the title of the card had GREEN in it. Customer service made it right but I wouldn’t have ordered this holiday card had I known it was not as advertised.

I recently ordered some prints from Nations Photo Lab and when I opened the envelope I was speechless…The quality, clarity, and detail were so beautiful that it made the photos light up and appear lifelike. Truly stunning result! I’ve had pictures printed in the past for decades but the Pearl finish this time does not come close to anything I’ve ever seen. What a way to eternalize the most precious memories! I’m very happy with the service and product I received, and will of course be ordering again. Thank you, Nations Photo Lab team for going above and beyond!
