Purchasing was great, shipping was good (I am international so expecting longer shipping time) but guys, costumer service needs massive improvement. Totally not helpful for basic questions about sizing even after I provided my measurements. I also reported wrong pricing on their website for the item I wanted to buy. The agent argued with me that the issue was on my end and told me to clear my cache. I provided screen captures of the same problem on 3 different devices (including my husband’s phone) and still the agent kept arguing and ended up just saying that he could not do anything about it. Very disappointing given the image that the brand wants to portray. It has certainly decreased my loyalty to the brand. That’s unfortunate.
