I CANNOT say enough good things about this product! I have honestly tried and done every form of "diet" there is out there and have never had the results come so quickly! This product WORKS! Its not overnight (nothing is & if it is its not healthy lol) I did change my eating habits and exercised -those were my own personal choices along with this product but my results are AWSUM. I FINALLY lost the lbs that were NOT wanting to budge for years!! I am a true believer in this product and if I could give it 10 stars I would!!
