The website glitched when I put in our order and it didn’t seem that my order went through so I did another order. They promptly contacted me on multiple ways to double check if I meant to order twice. Cleared everything up and they promptly refunded the duplicate order. Shipping was extremely fast too! Couldn’t be happier with this shop. Definitely recommend doing business with them.

Customer service solved my concerns, it took multiple emails and a phone Call. They ignored my email until after they shipped it and charged me, but they did fix it. Won’t be ordering from here if there are other options, and won’t recommend the website. However, in a time of need I might check this site again.

Bought two suits for each of my lifeguard daughters. Unfortunately one of the suits didn’t fit one of my daughters. I think sizing could be more inclusive because that’s as big as you offered. And she’s not even a big girl. Returns department was fabulous and it went very smooth and I was able to get my refund. We had to go elsewhere for my other daughter.

It was very disappointing to pay shipping on an item and then pay shipping to return the item due to in an accurate size guide. All of the measurements lined up on the size guide, but the swimsuits were enormous. I will not be ordering from this company again.
