i must comment on the rolo chain that was recommended by your rep Shimi. The picture sent was very misleading in that it led my wife to think the chain was larger than when it was received. My wife didn't care for it replacing it with a 3 mm 21 inch rope chain. and by the way, the rolo chain i was told could be returned. So on the 24 of Feb. i took it to usps to return a tracking # lh244123919us was issued. From the 24 till the 27 of Feb it traveled to 3 separate locations in Florida finally on the 27th it ended up at the Miami distribution center. I attempt to track it every day and get the same message " last location "Miami Fl. distribution center". I in retrospect wish i had shipped the chain UPS instead of usps but i was going on the recommendation of Ran your owner. I truthfully think the rolo chain is lost along with excess of $500. 00 i spent . LESSON LEARNED. next time if i must return anything to your location i will use UPS. please share with Ran Toren thanks for a beautiful pendant!!! William Arnett 4

I could not be more pleased with my Olive Wood Cross with Crown of Thorns! First off, the cross came packaged very well, so there was zero chance of it being damaged. If you truly are a God-fearing Christian who loves Jesus, this product is a MUST-HAVE! This is no exaggeration. Love my new shofar. It is a well made and beautiful piece that sounds amazing. Only complaint I have would be the sticker that was on the shofar itself and was kind of a pain to get the sticky mess off.
