This is a beautiful shoe and I’ve owned it before. In this instance, the straps for the toes did not allow me to get my feet in there. I understand that these shoes need to be broken in because they’re natural leather, but I was not even able to wear them or strap the ankle strap around my ankle and I have no issues with other shoes. I contacted customer service and was told I would need to ship the shoes back to Israel at my cost and that I would likely have to pay customs on top of that and I should declare their value less than what I paid. The whole experience with customer service was honestly unacceptable and I asked why I could not ship the package back to the address that was on the label and the whole thing fell extremely sketchy. If I cannot put my foot in a shoe that is handmade when I am a true size 10 my whole life, I would say that’s pretty defective but they refuse to take responsibility and I’m stuck with the issue. So just be aware that because these are handmade, the dimensions could not be uniform.
