Everything delivered with no damage on the day you said it would be your site was easy to use vin # certified and thank you for shipping with ups every time I get something from fedx it has damage

Bolts
I ordered 4 bolts for the rear hub bearings and only received 1 i need 4 . I have not opened the package but could only feel 1 in the package.

Shipping 😳
The part itself was timely delivered and did the job . However, shipping charges for a package that was 5 x 5 and weighed maybe a half a pound was outrageous. Cost was just as much as the part which more than doubled the cost.

Making exception to the rule
Great experience. I ordered a part for my car and went on a trip. On my return I realized I ordered the wrong part. I called Customer service and they took it back even tough it was past their policy. I really appreaciate the gesture.
