Very happy with them. I originally ordered the wrong part, but I had put my VIN ina nd they contacted me to let me know which part I needed. I was able to easily exchange the part. Once I received it, I didn’t know how to change out the part, they were very patient and helped me figure it out. They definitely went above expectation and provided excellent service.

Confusing Pricing
The online store worked great and your customer service was outstanding. I received the part as promised. The complaint I have is the way the pricing was done on the rubber bumper. The part is sold in pack of 4 but you show pricing for one at $4. 14 and no explanation that you have to buy a pack at $16. 56. As somebody who has 20 years experience selling parts I have seen similar parts with the total unit price shown and a note of the price for each. I understand you have to provide the unit price for dealers but the way that part is shown is very confusing to a consumer buying the part. Overall my experience was very positive with the exception of how you showed the price of the rubber bumpers.
