My test Thyrocare Aarogyam 1. 3 was delayed by 2 days and had to follow up a Lot for scheduling. Once it was scheduled everything was smooth, the person who came for home visit Mr. Deepak was very nice person and reports also came on time. Mr. Chetan followed up very well.

They couldn't schedule an appointment for home sample collection for 3 days. Whenever I asked the reply I got was, they will update in the evening. On the 4th day they tried to call me at 9 in the night to tell me that my appointment is confirmed for the 5th day which I didn't ask for and refused.

I purchased a bloodtest on thursday, and made an appointment for Sunday. I have nightshift and explicitly told them that it needed to be on Sunday between 10-11 AM. Suddenly friday, at 7. 30 AM an associate called me to do the sample on friday morning. Which obviously was not agreed upon. I told the associate that this was not agreed upon. He just said "ok" and hung up. Then in the evening, a guy called me again asking me about the experience of my blood sample. I then told him that it has not been done yet. And explained the situation. He then confirmed it'll happen on sunday. Then, Sunday, at 8 AM, a guy called me again, he was asking me to do the blood withdrawal at that time. Again, not adhering to the schedule. I told him that it's 8 AM, and that the appointment is scheduled between 10-11 AM. He then told me : "But ma'am, I'm closeby" . Again, not respecting my timeschedule. And you know what? This is not even the tip of the iceberg. After that, the blood withdrawal took place at 10 AM. Execution went alright, nothing to complain about that. But now it's Tuesday, and they still have not even given me the result. It's been 3 days. And all they tell me is "wait". I request a refund at this point as I don't really trust the results anymore. For all they care they might have lost my blood sample altogether, or the blood sample is not fit to be used anymore after 3 days. I really recommend against this provider. They are extremely unprofessional

Unprofessional, booked for leaky gut test with them , after that they are not responding properly, if you can't run a lab correctly close it and go to home or do other jobs , why waste time of customers even helpline people are not responding properly, most unprofessional healthcare diagnostic in banglore, they can't even assign a health care professional to come and collect blood samples even after 2 days of booking test with them and they are lethargic and non responsive.

I am trying to purchase a test and the website does nothing when I click on Buy now. its the same for entire day. even on mobile, it does not work.

1. Please send appointment confirmation email/sms to clients with all the details like appointment date, time, package details and details of the person who is appointed for taking sample. Currently no confirmation is sent. 2. Progress should be traceable on website like order placed, appointment confirmed, sample taken, Report available etc. Currently only order placed details are present. 3. Payment details are not available on portal or email. Also this process should be automated instead of manually generating payment link every time. 4. Android and iOS app is always preferred over website if you want to expand business in small cities.
