I had purchased two Novato ladies watches for my daughter‘s birthday. She chose one and I returned the other with no problems whatsoever. We’ll always consider Movado, for further purchases.

My product has not yet been delivered.

This was ordered on the 18th of August was supposed to be delivered within 5 days. Upon tracking, the delivery was stuck in New Jersey for over 3 weeks. The delivery box was completely destroyed.

Been planning to add this beautiful watch to my watch collection for a while now. I finally got it and very happy with the watch! This watch looks elegant and modern all in one watch. I love the simplistic design and is very lite weight on my wrist. Strong, bold design and a timepiece that will attract a lot of attention. Definitely worth the investment and Movado did a perfect job from purchasing on their website to finally delivery to my house. Very impressed with the entire purchasing process. Thank you Movado for continuing to provide exceptional customer service and continuing to manufacturer this amazing timepiece.

The vegan band seems less sturdy than past Olivia Burton vegan bands- almost fabric like. But the metal band is fantastic and the watch face is beautiful. Shipping was fast.
