I got this wrist watch for a friend from Movado. She absolutely loved it. It was beautiful. The site was easy to navigate and delivery was perfect.

The watch itself is beautiful. But I paid for two day shipping so it would arrive for a birthday. By the time it was shipped I should have it by then. Finally got it after two weeks. I emailed them twice for a refund on the two day shipping and still haven’t heard back from anyone

the packaging was lovely. comes in a little bag inside of a beautiful box. the charm itself is stunning. i have no idea how the adjustable necklace works but ended up putting the charm on my own necklace and haven't taken it off since.

I still have not received my watch and now I have to submit some paperwork for them to replace it, but they took my payment which I've already to contest the charge. Customer service was 0 stars everything bad bad expience.
