I was very pleased to see that the Twist Lock, (Part C) of the Mopnado Handle, was now a available for purchase. I did not need a whole new handle. I just needed the part that was broken. Why spend $24.99 for a whole handle when you can now purchase the part you need for $9.99! I am very happy with my order. I've spent a fortune on mops and this is the only one that actually wrings out enough water with very little effort. This is a plus for me as I no longer have the strength I had in my arms and hands.

This rainy season has brought so much mud and dirt onto my floors that none of my other mops (steam version and flat version) were sufficient. The construction is the best I've seen. Although it is on the bulky side, I was able to fit it in my pantry. I toss the removable mop head in the washer and hang dry. Gotta say mopping the floors isn't high on my happy list, but seeing them clean without being exhausted is very satisfying! Thanks Mopnado :)

I love this product. I accidentally broke the mop head from the pole by not disconnecting properly, because I could not find my direction paper. Of course I found it after it broke!!! Reordered another and got it fast.

Very happy with this purchase. I have hard wood floors and have been using the cleaner that I was told by the installers to use. That cleaner has now gotten built up and just doesn't clean. I didn't want to damage the floors but had to get them clean. This mop was the answer. I suggest watching the videos associated so that you can find the ways to use the mop properly. I feel so happy walking on clean floors without the build-up. Nothing I have used compares to this. Worth every single cent!! Thanks Mopnado!

I recently purchased a complete new mop handle and head. My original one was ONLY used about 10 times before failure. I had it for a year without using it much because of the use of my steamer mop. Once I started using your mop it was clearly produced better results. I'm very disappointed about the failure but like the results that's why I purchased the new mop. Not knowing if it was the spring section or the head section forced me to but the entire mop. I'm requesting a refund for this item.
