I'm not a great housekeeper, so my mop doesn't get a work out, but still in just 2 years I've had to replace 2 parts. The first was the plate that connects the mop head to the handle. The plastic clippy thing snapped. The second is the handle itself--again, the plastic clippy thing that holds the 2 pieces together snapped. This is an expensive mop and it's worth the price, but it frustrates me that they use plastic in high stress points. What's the point of the sturdy metal handle if it's held together by cheap plastic? I still think the mop is great, but I am bitter about the parts that keep breaking--and bitter about having to pay shipping to get replacements. I bought the mop on amazon, but couldn't find the replacement pole there where I could have ordered through prime and not paid shipping.

So far it is absolutely amazing. It is better than any other I have had. I hope it lasts linger than the others I have had. Also I live being able to purchase replacement parts. Thank you.

Purchased Mopnado a year or so ago and I loved it at first and still love it now.

Thanks Mopnado for your great assistance in helping me get the spare parts I needed. I purchased 2 so I could keep using my well loved Mopnado mop!!!! They went out of their way to help me get these parts as there are no Australian stockists anywhere in the world despite the hefty postage it was worth it.

Once you get used to the mechanism the mop is easy to use and cleans well. I’ve washed the mop head once so far and it came out clean. Happy with the purchase so far!

Ive used many different styles and types of mops before and just love this mop. Its very easy to use and cleans quickly and lwaves no streaks or residue.

I've used the mop once so far and loved it!! It was simple to put together and use; truly enjoyed the experience though it did take me a bit to remember to have the mop handle at 90 degrees when rinsing it (caught on pretty fast). I would recommend this system without bias.

Only a few uses thus far, but enjoying the Monado very much. I won’t go so far as to say that mopping is fun, but it’s certainly more tolerable / easier with the Mopnado. Not much more to say; it’s a mop that does its job better than most. Having said that, if your wife drops the Monado handle in the driveway and forgets to pick it up, then plows over it the next day with her 3000 pound car, your Mopnado handle will be toast. Unusable toast.

So far, so good. I feel like I can scrub my wood floors with this mop, yet am not ruining them with excess liquid. It is easy to use, lightweight and easy to clean. The video was helpful and accurate.
