Though I enjoy Misfit bars, I had an incredibly terrible experience dealing with their customer service. I ordered 2 bundles of bars on September 11th and am currently still waiting to receive them (now being Dec. 7th). I have contacted customer service countless times over the last 2 months in a pleasant manner and received nothing but basic responses and unfulfilled promises without me reaching out again to follow up. The cherry on top is having to pay for the duty fees more than once for the same order as I live in Canada. I felt dismissed with every inquiry and it almost seemed that this was a regular occurrence for them with how they responded to me. Very unhappy :(
