Was my best choice to transfer from other carriers.

Shipping was fast, set up was fast and easy. Service is good.

The only improvement I could recommend is having the family plan be more intuitive.

I was grandfathered in on a deal with AT&T through my friend who worked for them. So I wasn't even going to Mint to save, except that my data ceiling was really low at 3GB and I'd get charged tons for a couple more at a time. Going to even 10GB would have suited me, but I got such a great deal on Unlimited that I will in fact save. AT&T's this huge company, I reason, so I doubt my service will get better, but it also did that. I had to walk to the furthest edge of the parking lot at work to get any service for a call. Now I get 3 bars at my desk. I even got WiFi calling working, and I'd done the research showing it wouldn't be possible with my phone, and not just because of AT&T. Literally everything is better and I'm glad I switched.

Hope Mint Mobile can ship phones and physical SIM cards to Puerto Rico in the near future.
