It's all in your notes when I first tried to activate my old phone 3 days of hell , then a godsend n I got a new phone that fixed the problem,since then I have great service ,so much that I want to upgrade to the 12 month plan if possible to pay the remaining 9 month balance to keep that $30 a month for the year

YOU WON'T REGRET IT. I PAID $197. 23 FOR UNLIMITED FOR A WHOLE YEAR. THAT'S TALK, TEXT and DATA. I HOPE YOU ARE LISTENING TO THE WORDS THAT I'M WRITING TO YOU. Sad we didn't switch sooner.
Sad we didn't switch sooner. Cheaper than our last plan, works in far more places, and oddly using less data than we were before, which just tells me the previous provider was charging us for data we weren't actually using. Only issues we've had was initial set up/confirmation, and we're on a family plan so each member has tasks left to set up payment which is annoying but easily ignored.
