The quality of the microscope is good and supplied as advertised and well packaged for delivery. My only complaint is that it was advertised as “in stock” at the time of order, which was not the case and therefore had to wait longer than expected for delivery. .

Ordering online was easy, I ordered one scope, the base I ordered was backordered but Mike G. called me and explained the issue. He was able to rectify the issue with a replacement, so I could get my scope right away. I was so pleased with the product; I ordered 3 more scopes. One of the parts did not fit the new bases correctly, so Mike was able to get me the correct parts needed and sent me a return label so I could return the wrong parts. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. Will definitely do business with them in the future if the need arises.

I just want to say Mike is the absolute best. I have been struggling with my microscopes for about 2 years and I finally google the brand and customer service to ask about the issue. It led me to microscope.com and I called and left a voicemail. Mike call me back within minutes. He was patient with me sending him a picture to show him the issues with all the noise from my students in the background. My student even said Mike the Man. So I just want to thank you and it was a breath of fresh air to get Super customer service.
