I have waited at least four months to contact you so that I could give you a tried and true review. I've had back spasms for many years and could not find the reason nor could any doctor. I found the information, somehow, for Cramp Defense and started taking two a day without results. About four months ago I had spasms for ten days straight so decided to try the maximum amount recommended for Cramp Defense. That day I had no relief but next morning I was 95 percent pain free. Hallejuah! since that day I have had NO spasms except for one slight episode because I took a one day break from CD. Today my chiropractor said the CD has relaxed my muscles to the point that my alignment is staying in. Keep it up he said. Please don't change a thing. It is a God send. Thank you so much!

After suffering with severe leg cramps for quite some time, I was at my wit's end. Went online for a solution and found Cramp Defense. It does what it says. After tweaking the dosage, which occasionally you may need to do based on diet, things are SO much better. Even advice of doctors doesn't compare with the results of this product. I highly recommend it if you are plagued with a magnesium deficiency that causes painful leg cramps.

I have had Irritable Bowel Syndrome and leg cramps for years. For those who don’t have IBS, it means that sometimes I can eliminate what I eat and sometimes it stays in me and does not eliminate.
