disappointed in your shipping service - had goods order in October that never arrived - goods got lost! Now I have to pay EXTRA for express shipping with tracking in order to receive my goods.

you cancelled the order, for no reason you bothered to inform me of... which is at best very bad manners, and no way to win the goodwill of customers.

The order was never delivered, it was the second order in a row that was ordered, paid for and never delivered.

I placed an order with medshop several weeks ago and at the time I assumed that it was a legitimate website. Several weeks later, I have still not received the order. I went onto the “track my order” email and realized that the provided fedex tracking number “does not exist” in fedex’s system. I really hope that is just an extremely slow product delivery but who knows at this point.
