Wrong order and difficult to get it fixed
Order completely wrong, and difficult trying to get this urgent order corrected. No number to call, emails not replied to and the chat bot can only request a call back the next day. Poor service

Worst company shopping policy
I really don't like their pre order system where if you select an item that's out of stock (an easy message to miss) they will hold your items for weeks till that last item arrives, it's kind of bizzare and cheap that they won't send the rest first, even Amazon do better here. . .

Disappointing support service
One of the worse experiences I have had so far no support after purchasing you have to make an appointment to talk to them like president office! Then they let you in their shop to show them what’s wrong with your device I emailed and booked twice for appointment no response yet I ended to buy new dermoscopy at the end as I need it everyday day I don’t recommend it to anyone and I will write it in our skin cancer college forum as well

If you want reliable shipping and amazing customer
I had no intention of ever leaving a review because I know I have nothing positive to say. However, in the past week I have received 69 (not joking, I counted - screenshots attached) emails from this company asking me to review my experience with them. Since you wanted me to review you so desperately, here you go; I initially ordered a few items ($400+) from Medshop on the 30th of January. When I ordered these items I was aware that two of the items were out of stock however the website clearly stated that the products would be shipped within 15 days of ordering. On the 4th of February they emailed me and told me that these items were on back order and they couldn’t advise an ETA. Let’s stop here for a second, you cannot claim to dispatch within 15 days of delivery and then email your customers 5 days later saying that this information is not accurate. This is clearly a ploy to get people to order even though you haven’t got the items. On the 27th of February I followed up with the eta of these two products and I was told again that they did not have one for me. On the 12th of March I emailed again as I desperately needed these items and I was very upset with this entire situation. (Keep in mind that these two items cost $300, I did not want to spend another $300 buying them somewhere else while waiting for Medshop to stop lying to their customers). I was told that the eta is mid-end of April. On the 8th of May (two weeks after the expected delayed delivery) I once again emailed them expressing my frustration with the situation. Coincidentally I got a notification almost immediately after that saying that my order with the missing items has been shipped. I then got a response from Lance on the customer service team gaslighting me that my order had been delivered since the 31st of March and he attached a screenshot of my shipping information from a different order. I explained that this was not the same order but it didn’t matter anyway because my mis...

Extremely slow dispatch, poor customer service
Prior to COVID I recommend fellow student to order equipment from here. Fast forward to now, I wouldn't recommend their service to my worst enemy. Taking a week to dispatch medical supplies is far from good service. Getting contact if something hasn't arrived or to question why my needles that I order regularly haven't been sent is near impossible. They appear to not care less about customers at all. It's sad to see a company fall so far down in quality.

Delivery took a long time
My package sat waiting for the courier (Australia Post) to pickup the parcel for a week. I had to call to get some action but the day after it was on its way and delivery was very quick.
