Positif : se retire facilement / n’abîme pas les ongles Négatif : tout le reste … pose délicate car fripe facilement … ne tient pas (moins que leurs vernis classiques)… brillance et rendu couleur pas terrible

I had damaged items with my first order and contacted customer service. They were great in handling the problem and immediately sent out replacement items. I also received an extra item which was fabulous.

Easy to use and clear videos available on you-tube. Not sure about how long it will last and how to deal with very short, damaged nails

Not a fan of colors I purchased. And they are not returnable since I had to open (not use) them to see the actual/correct color.

J'ai bénéficié de très bons conseiller via WhatsApp. Mon cas est compliqué car je fais des allergies aux produits qu'on peut trouver chez les professionnels. Il n'y a que deux marques de vernis que je supporte dont celle ci. J'ai investi dans plein de couleurs, une base, un top (grâce à un kit) ou j'ai en plus eu une lime gratuite. Depuis je fais mes petits nails art . . . et aucune allergie. Je conseille à fond. Prix un peu élevé mais là qualité est grande aussi.

I am loving all 3 polishes so far! I used the whitening on its own, and then I layered the plump with the blueberry active glow. Subtle color great for an everyday wear.

Super fijne nagellak. Mijn nagels braken altijd af, maar met manucurist blijven mijn nagels sterk. Prachtige kleuren en heel makkelijk aan te brengen. Heel blij mee

You did everything but the “right thing” on the DEFECTIVE and OLD polishes I received. You went out of your way to be as difficult as possible. Your competitors on the other hand, make it easy to do business with them. Shame.

I absolutely love these products and know that I'm caring for my nail health by using them.

I love how quickly the polish removes. Easy to use and goes on smooth but I have had issues with it chipping off after a few days. I will continue to use the system.

There was some issue with delivery and manucurist promptly sent me a new package. I’m very satisfied with the customer service.

Excellente qualité de produits, et une très bonne tenue du vernis "classique".

Tuve problemas con el envío, ya que en un primer momento lo dejaron en un punto de recogida diferente al solicitado, finalmente me lo enviaron a casa pero con la consecuencia de alargar el plazo de entrega a más de una semana. En cuanto al producto, creo que los colores son diferentes a cómo se ven en la web, y continúo teniendo problemas para que el top coat se cure bien de forma que no se dañe con el más mínimo roce, agradecería algún consejo para esto.
