My dad had the Man-Pack 2.0 XL on his Christmas list which he plans to use for all his crap to take to work. His current backpack is nearly torn to shreds so my husband and I snatched up that gift as soon as we found out. Obviously, I haven't used it, but it looks nice and sturdy and I'm sure my dad will be more than pleased with it. The shipping was incredibly fast--I believe it came 2 days after we placed the order and I didn't pay for expedited shipping.

It is everything advertised. The Sharks missed their opportunity with you. Should have spoke more about the concealed carry application. My husband really appreciated this gift and I can't wait for my brother in law to open it on Christmas! Perfect way to carry his laptop. Keep up the good work!

Great pack-durable. Could use another inside pocket for frequent travelers

This is the second man pack I've purchased; the second one is a 2.0 instead of the 2.0 XL since I didn't need as much space. I really love these bags; i use them daily and they fit nicely if i'm walking or riding in a car. I did have some tearing of a seam on my first bag but after sending it in, it was repaired quickly.

I like the convenience of my new Man-Pack. It's great for day trips. I like the fact that I can rotate it when I'm on a bus or subway.

I bought this for my husband as an anniversary gift. He's one of Jehovah's Witnesses, and spends a good amount of time in his ministry. This pack is perfect for that application---it has plenty of room for all the books and publications he needs to bring, and super handy to retrieve an item when he needs it.

Carries a lot more than I thought it would. Sturdy bag!

Had to order the extension strap for my bag as it was a little snug around my neck and it provided enough space and comfort that I was looking for. I do highly recommend getting the extension strap up front when you order your bag if you are 6 feet or taller like Man Pack recommends. Plus you will save paying full shipping and handling a second time. I am right at 6 feet tall and I really needed it. Thanks again Man Pack for the great products!

Loved the product. Instead of carrying around a bulky looking diaper bag, I fit everything in the ManPak when taking out my son.

This pack has been a life savor for me. I have 6 kids and carry 2 of them every were. The pack doesn't fall off when adjusting them. It carries all the things I carry with me on a daily basis. Just bought my Man-Pack. I would have bought it sooner but I TIVO Shark Tank and just watched the episode. I have an annual passport for Disneyland. The search for the best travel bag: I travel 3 weeks out of the month and have been through several laptop +stuff carry bags in the last 4 months. Either they are too small too large or a pain to carry. Tried nylon type with shoulder strap pain in the rear when dashing in airports to far away gate. Tried leather bag too heavy. Tried bag with hidden shoulder straps when I needed something I have to take it entirely off my back. Saw the Shark Tank episode and thought it would be what I was looking for. Called to order and Amy was very helpful but they are back ordered till February 2015. I looked up stores on their Locator and several stores have in stock. I was looking for the 2.0 XL to make sure I had room for all my stuff. I chose Trader Jerry's in VA has some in stock. The UPC code for XL model is 720825441894 on the Bag Tag otherwise it does not indicate. Spoke with Jerry and Chad they were very accommodating and honoured my overnight shipping request. Ordered yesterday and got it today. Awesome!! ** TIP: The XL is larger and has an extra padded shoulder strap for you airport or motorcycle warriors. :-) I travel with a MacBook Pro 13 + Ipad Air + chargers + book size Journal and lots of other stuff! I even tried it with my FULL size Acer R7 15.6 and it has plenty of room to spare!!! This Man-Pack 2.0 XL capacity is huge comfortable and just what I was looking for.
