It doesn't actually cover my gray hair well and the powder shows up on my forehead.

All items needed were included. The instructions were easy to follow and it did not leave my hair damaged. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 10 is the price, which is quite a bit more than other hair color systems.

The color I used was several shades darker than the photos indicated. I find it difficult to believe that a hair color should only remain on my hair for 5 minutes, just because I colored it (with Madison Reed) 2 months ago. But that was what the technician told me. The gloss given to me did not change a thing. I am going to have to pay to get the color professionally corrected.

My product is expensive but worked perfectly and my hair looks great!

I didn't expect to like the products as much as I did. The quality is great and it does as promised. That's important to me. We all work hard for our money, myself having 2 jobs, I don't have spare cash to drop on expensive products that don't deliver.

I wanted to see if I liked your product. I didn't use all the extra products that came with it. I have been coloring my own hair for years. I like the color so I will reorder.

I like that Madison Reed hair color is free of ammonia, resorcinol, parabens, phthalates, gluten & PPD. However, the color doesn't seem to last as long as other products I have tried.
