It doesn't smell,it left my hair shinier,it covered all my hair and I love the color

I loved the color I received and the convenience of the monthly repeat mailing of the product I had to cancel though as the product caused my head to itch just like all other permanent hair dyes I called the company and they promptly gave me a credit for the product as well as stop any future shipments I wish the product worked for me and I would highly recommend this company to others due to the great customer service Deb

I like the fact that it is less caustic than other hair color products but it does seem to fade at the roots. And I do like the color but don't like that it is fading.

Your colorists are always so helpful, your products are right on, except I do not like your recent change to the packets of shampoo and conditioner as not enough to cleanse and condition my hair. Go back to the little tubes!

I think it's better than other home color, but I wish you had more custom color selections like Esalon.
