Awaiting items for a month.
My order was placed on 6th May. I still haven't received my goods. I was given the incorrect tracking number meaning my items were held at a pick up point. I was then told I have £150 import tax to pay, though it clearly states on Lulli dancewear terms and conditions that this is not payable in the UK. I contacted Customer service department at Lulli Dancewear and was told that there was nothing extra to pay and they had contacted UPS on my behalf, but I was still not able to pick up my parcel without paying the additional sum of money. I have contacted UPS myself and they have told me that they will deliver to my home address and I have received a invoice from them for £150.00 and still I have not received my goods. It is now 7th June. I hope that this matter will be resolved soon or I will be reluctant to order from Lulli dancewear again.
